Select and Apply for a Job
You'll need to create a profile to start your application for the role you are interested in. If you've applied for a role with Amazon before, don't forget to log back in to your existing profile — your information will be saved from the last time you applied.
- Review the types of jobs and duties for our Customer Service Associate and Technical Support Associate roles
- Click "Apply" on the job that interests you and the start date that matches your availability (you can only apply for one job at a time)
- If you're applying for a job with us for the first time, create an application account with your email address — note that this must be different from your Amazon shopping account
- Verify your account with your email address and mobile number (to keep your account secure)
Important time-saving tips
- You have 7 days to complete Steps 1 and 2 of your application. If you exceed this time, you'll need to reselect your start date.
- Please note: your original start date selection may no longer be available if this happens.

Provide Your Information and Work History
1) Submit the information to apply for the job
- About You: Birth date and home address
- Eligibility: Work authorization and qualifications
- Experience & Skills: Years of experience and languages spoken
- Education & Work History: Education level, student status, and past roles
- Self-Identification (voluntary): Gender, disabilities, and identity
2) Give consent for a background check
- Read through the consent form carefully and input details such as your full name, date of birth, address, and other required information.

Take the Online Work Assessment
As part of your application — and to get to know you better — you will be required to take an online work assessment, respond to statements, and complete a series of virtual tasks. These tasks involve making decisions based on our Leadership Principles.
These assessments usually take approximately one hour to complete. We recommend setting aside this time to complete everything in one sitting, in a quiet location with headphones. Please use a laptop or desktop computer rather than a mobile device to optimise your experience.
Camera and microphone are required for identity verification and to ensure assessment integrity. Both are essential parts of our secure assessment process.
The assessment includes:
- Identity verification: You'll need a PHL Government-Issued ID
- System check: We'll verify your browser, internet connection, camera, and microphone
- Assessment modules:
- Customer Service Associate Role Overview
- Working with Customers Exercise
- Work Styles Exercise
Once you have completed all modules, submit your application to move forward.
Schedule Your Interview
Once you've successfully completed your assessments, a "Schedule an Interview" task will appear in your Pre-Hire Checklist. It will be a virtual or in-person interview with an Amazon recruiter.
Here's how to book your interview
- Log in to your account at jobs.amazon.ph
- On the left side of the page, you'll see the jobs you've applied to — or click the dropdown menu in the upper right-hand corner and select "My Jobs."
- Under the job status, click "View Application" to be taken to your Pre-Hire Checklist.
- Click the "Schedule an Interview" task to open Amazon Connect, where you can select your preferred interview time slot.
Get Your Results and Watch the Online Job Preview
After your interview, if successful, you'll receive a Letter of Intent confirming your conditional offer. Once you've accepted your Letter of Intent—but before you receive your formal offer and terms of employment—you'll be able to access and complete your Job Preview directly through your candidate portal. This is a mandatory step to proceed with your application.
The Job Preview is a self-paced, virtual experience that takes approximately 20 minutes. It's your opportunity to learn more about the role and find answers to questions you might have, including:
