Can I apply in person or send you my resume?
Submitting a resume isn’t necessary. In order to be considered for any of our positions, you must complete the online application. All of our current job openings can be viewed at jobs.amazon.ph.

I am being redirected to a VisualForce error page
Internet Explorer or Firefox are the best web browsers to use to complete your application. Still having problems? Follow the troubleshooting steps below:
1. Select the back button in your browser, then select 'Save and Continue.' Do this up to three times. If unsuccessful, try Troubleshooting Step #2
2. Save and exit your application - Close your internet browser - Open a new internet window and clear your cache by: - Clicking ctrl+shift+delete (windows) or command+shift+delete (Mac) - Change the time range to the furthest possible ('everything', forever', 'beginning of time', etc.) - Ensure Cache and Cookies are selected and click the button to clear - Log back into your candidate account and try again If unsuccessful, try Troubleshooting Step #3
3. Check your language preference in your candidate account. The language must be set to English (US). Log in at amazon.force.com. Click 'Edit' next to 'My Profile' to confirm/change your language preference.

I received an error about leaving questions blank
In order to successfully complete the assessment, all questions must be answered. Missing answers to questions will be brought to your attention when you try to submit the assessment. If you are receiving an error message that you have left questions blank, please click on the page number below the error message. You will be taken to the page of the assessment where a question is blank. Once you have selected an answer for each question, you can select 'Return to Error Page' to correct any additional errors and submit the assessment.
I received a rejection but I passed the process
If you were already given the job offer; therefore, you were able to make it to the recruitment process. The email that you received is a system generated email due to the movements done in the system. Please disregard the email and continue with the process informed to you by the recruiters.
I took the exams but I was unable to finish
You may continue your assessments by logging in to your profile at jobs.amazon.ph.
I want to check if I can re-apply
Yes, you may still re-apply. Take note that reapplication can be done 3 months after last application.
I would like to transfer my current application to another location
In order to process a location transfer, you must apply to the location where you wish to work. If you have not yet applied, please do so at amazon.force.com. If the position is not available on our website, we will not be able to process the location transfer. If you have already applied to the location you wish to work, please contact us.
I would like to withdraw my application
You can withdraw your application by following these steps:
1. Log in to your account at jobs.amazon.ph. On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the positions you have applied to.
2. Click the 'Withdraw' link to remove your application from consideration.

The assessment page will not load
The assessment opens a new window so ensure that your pop-up blockers are disabled. Internet Explorer or Firefox are the best web browsers to use to complete your application. Please ensure that pop-up blockers have been disabled. View the information below on how to disable a pop-up blocker for different devices.
1. Windows Devices using Internet Explorer: Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, select or clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box, and then select OK.
2. Windows Devices using Firefox: Open Firefox, select menu in the left-hand corner of the window Select Options, click Content To disable all pop-ups, uncheck the 'Block Pop-Up Windows' box, Click OK.
3. Apple Devices using Safari: Launch Settings. Tap Safari. Under the General section, click the toggle next to Block Pop-ups to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.

What is my application status?
You can check the status of your application by following these steps.

My application status hasn't changed. Who can I contact for an update?
Your dashboard is regularly being updated to display the most recent status of each application. When an application status changes, your dashboard is updated in almost real-time to reflect this new status. If it hasn’t changed, we’re still processing your application. For further questions, please contact us.
What does it mean when my application status is withdrawn?
An application has an active status when it is pending a decision. The status can change to withdrawn for a number of reasons: if you have requested your application do be withdrawn, if you have been hired for a role at Amazon, or if you are no longer under consideration.

I did not receive a background check email
If your application has already lapsed 48 hours and you have not received a background check link, kindly check your spam/junk folder or promotions tab (for those using gmail). Also, you might have received an email from us asking for a legible copy of your valid ID. You may contact us at 402-8000.

What is the status of my Job Offer?

When will I sign my contract?
If your application is successful, we will send you a formal offer letter and your contract of employment, which you will be able to review and sign electronically. I have not received instructions on how to complete my New Hire paperwork
You will receive an invitation prior to your start date to complete the required paperwork. The email will come from this email address: MyDocs-noreply@onbaseonline.com. We suggest that you add this email address to your address book and check your spam/junk mail folders to ensure that you receive the email.
I am experiencing an error when trying to complete my New Hire paperwork
We recommend that you use either Internet Explorer or Firefox as your internet browser when accessing MyDocs. Additionally, please sign your documents on a computer rather than from a mobile device (smart phone or tablet).
I am unable to complete the Direct Deposit form
In order to complete your Direct Deposit, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your MyDocs Portal at amazon.onbaseonline.com
2. Click ‘Payroll Direct Deposit Form’, select Account Type (checking or savings), Enter & Confirm the Routing & Account numbers for your bank account. You can find this information on a personal check OR by requesting it from your bank.
3. Choose Full or Partial (this is asking if you want your full paycheck deposited to this account, or just a partial amount).
4. Read the acknowledgement at the bottom and accept the statement.
If you are still unable to complete the online Direct Deposit form, you will be able to complete it onsite. Please bring a voided check or direct deposit information for your payroll. If you do not select direct deposit you will receive a pay card.

I need to reset my MyDocs password
In order to reset your MyDocs password, select the ‘Forgot your Password?’ link from the MyDocs Portal: amazon.onbaseonline.com. Enter in the email address you used when you applied, enter in the security characters and click 'Continue'. A password reset email will be sent to your personal email address. Follow the link in the email in order to change your password.
Is my New Hire Paperwork complete?
You can confirm that your documents are complete by signing into your MyDocs portal here: amazon.onbaseonline.com. On the left-hand side of the page you will see the 'Read and Accept your Documents' section. If you see, "You don't have any documents to sign right now", then your documents have been successfully submitted! If you do not see this message, then please review and accept any additional documents. If this is your first time accessing MyDocs, click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link to reset your password.
