If you received the following message: “This email is already registered. Please provide a different number or login with this email address.”

You already have a candidate account in our system! Either use a new email address or log in using the account already created.

To reset your password pin, go to https://jobs.amazon.ph/app#/forgotPin.

In order to successfully complete the assessment, all questions must be answered. Missing answers to questions will be brought to your attention when you try to submit the assessment. If you are receiving an error message that you have left questions blank, please click on the page number below the error message. You will be taken to the page of the assessment where a question is blank. Once you have selected an answer for each question, you can select 'Return to Error Page' to correct any additional errors and submit the assessment.

You can withdraw your application by following these steps:

1. Log in to your account at jobs.amazon.ph. On the left-hand side of the page, you will see the positions you have applied to.

2. Click the 'Withdraw' link to remove your application from consideration.

The assessment opens a new window so ensure that your pop-up blockers are disabled. Internet Explorer or Firefox are the best web browsers to use to complete your application. Please ensure that pop-up blockers have been disabled. View the information below on how to disable a pop-up blocker for different devices.

1. Windows Devices using Internet Explorer: Open Internet Explorer, select the Tools button, and then select Internet options. On the Privacy tab, under Pop-up Blocker, select or clear the Turn on Pop-up Blocker check box, and then select OK.

2. Windows Devices using Firefox: Open Firefox, select menu in the left-hand corner of the window Select Options, click Content To disable all pop-ups, uncheck the 'Block Pop-Up Windows' box, Click OK.

3. Apple Devices using Safari: Launch Settings. Tap Safari. Under the General section, click the toggle next to Block Pop-ups to enable or disable the pop-up blocker. A green toggle indicates an enabled pop-up blocker.

4. Apple Devices using Chrome: On your computer, open Chrome. At the top right, click the icon you see: Menu or More. Click Settings. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings. Under Privacy, click Content settings. Under Pop-ups, select an option: Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended) Allow all sites to show pop-ups.

5. Android Devices using Chrome: At the top right, click the icon you see: Menu or More. Click Settings. At the bottom, click Show advanced settings. Under Privacy, click Content settings. Under Pop-ups, select an option: Do not allow any site to show pop-ups (recommended) Allow all sites to show pop-ups.

You can check the status of your application by following these steps.

1. Login to your candidate account

2. Click on the menu icon in the top right hand corner

3. Click on 'Jobs I've Applied To' from the dropdown men

Your dashboard is regularly being updated to display the most recent status of each application. When an application status changes, your dashboard is updated in almost real-time to reflect this new status. If it hasn’t changed, we’re still processing your application. An application has an active status when it is pending a decision. The status can change to withdrawn for a number of reasons: if you have requested your application do be withdrawn, if you have been hired for a role at Amazon, or if you are no longer under consideration.

Most of our jobs have immediate starts. Your start date will be communicated to you by the recruitment team.

Once your application has been successful, the recruitment team will promptly communicate your start date.

You will receive a call or text message for updates regarding your pre-employment requirements submission. Kindly make sure to keep your phone lines open.

You can access your MyDocs portal by clicking here: https://joining.docs.amazon.com. You will not be able to log in until you receive the email invitation to access MyDocs. Please do not try to log in until you have received this email. If this is your first time accessing MyDocs, click on the 'Forgot your password?' link to reset your password.

You will receive an invitation prior to your start date to complete the required paperwork. The email will come from this email address: MyDocs-noreply@onbaseonline.com. We suggest that you add this email address to your address book and check your spam/junk mail folders to ensure that you receive the email.

We recommend that you use either Internet Explorer or Firefox as your internet browser when accessing MyDocs. Additionally, please sign your documents on a computer rather than from a mobile device (smart phone or tablet).

In order to complete your Direct Deposit, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your MyDocs Portal at https://joining.docs.amazon.com
2. Click ‘Payroll Direct Deposit Form’, select Account Type (checking or savings), Enter & Confirm the Routing & Account numbers for your bank account. You can find this information on a personal check OR by requesting it from your bank.

3. Choose Full or Partial (this is asking if you want your full paycheck deposited to this account, or just a partial amount).

4. Read the acknowledgement at the bottom and accept the statement.

If you are still unable to complete the online Direct Deposit form, you will be able to complete it onsite. Please bring a voided check or direct deposit information for your payroll. If you do not select direct deposit you will receive a pay card.

You are no longer required to use a password when accessing your Employee Document Portal (MyDocs). Simply log into https://joining.docs.amazon.com with the Username and PIN that you use to access your Amazon Jobs profile.

You can confirm that your documents are complete by signing into your MyDocs portal here: https://joining.docs.amazon.com. On the left-hand side of the page you will see the 'Read and Accept your Documents' section. If you see, "You don't have any documents to sign right now", then your documents have been successfully submitted! If you do not see this message, then please review and accept any additional documents. If this is your first time accessing MyDocs, click on the ‘Forgot Your Password’ link to reset your password.
