The Customer Service role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. A standard contract includes a fixed 40 hours per week. Depending on role location, there are roles available based 100% at home or 100% in an office.
Traditionally, shifts are 4 x 10 hour or 5 x 8 hour days. We work on rotating shift patterns and mostly on graveyard shifts. We also schedule shifts on and during Philippines national holidays. All fixed-term and permanent employees receive a Night Differential pay of 10% for work performed between 10PM to 6AM, statutory benefits (i.e. SSS, Philhealth, and Pag IBIG) and rice allowance of PhP 1,500.
In addition, for permanent employees, we offer paid time off – annual leave is 15 days, and 15 days sick leave (you accrue 1.25 days per month). You may need to work public holidays, if your shift falls on those days. However, your annual leave entitlement includes an allowance for public holidays, which means you can choose to take the time off on other days.
We offer maternity and paternity leave, depending on tenure. You can also take unpaid leave.
If you are hired as a fixed-term employee, you work with us for 3 or 4 months (subject to contract period) with the chance of being converted into a permanent employee based on business need, your attendance, and performance scores. At the end of the contract period, you will receive a completion bonus of PhP 12,000, if eligible. Eligible converted employees who are absorbed straight away will automatically pass probationary periods.
Leave is not applicable to fixed-term employees (except as part of statutory entitlement), although you will be credited with leave days if converted to permanent employment.
